With the agreement of West Lothian Council, our AGM will be held in the new Civic Centre, Livingston (Howden) on Thursday 19 November at 7.00pm, followed by a buffet giving the ability to social network. All West Lothian Community Councillors will shortly receive a personal invitation to attend the AGM. A confirmation repsonse is required to ensure that appropriate catering and seating requirements are arranged.
